The Team building – HR club activity was designed to build teams between the participants and make them understand the concept of time management, team cohesion and team coordination.
The main goals of team-building are to improve productivity and motivation. Taking students out of the class helps groups break down personal barriers, eliminate distractions, and have fun. The benefits of team-building programs are so significant that many corporations have incorporated teambuilding strategies into their standard training curriculum.

Identifies a team’s strengths and weaknesses

The activities were specially designed as to make a team of eight people with carrying balloons by making a row without holding it. The second activity was on filling water within a stipulated point of time. The other two activities were made bursting the balloons. By this, students understood the idea of competitiveness into the team.
