Job Title/ Designation: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor /Professor

Assistant Professor: The applicant should have a good academic record, relevant experience and an impressive record of research and publications. Required qualifications include ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Science/ Information Technology/AI&ML/AI&DS/Cyber security) in the relevant subject with First class or equivalent.

Associate Professor: Qualifications are the same as that for Assistant Professor. In addition, the applicant must have a Doctoral Degree from a reputed University with teaching / research / industry experience of 5 years or more.

Professor: Qualification is the same as that for Associate Professor. In addition, a minimum of 10 years teaching / research / industry experience is required or with at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor OR a minimum of 13 years’ experience in teaching /research /industry.

Lab Instructor:  B.Tech with hands on in Python, C, Java. Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Job Summary

This recruitment is for an ICSSR-awarded Project “Artificial Intelligence-Driven Predictive Modeling of Cognitive and Behavioral Patterns among Generation Z Rural Learners Engaged in Digital Learning

Key Responsibilities

Research Associates: Postgraduate degree in any Social Science/Applied Science discipline with a  minimum of 55% marks, along with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D., and at least 2 years of research experience as a Research Assistant in any project.

Research Assistants: Postgraduate degree in any Social Science/Applied Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.

Field Investigators: Postgraduate degree in any Social Science/Applied Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Selected research staff will be paid stipend/honorarium as per ICSSR guidelines.
• Engagement will be strictly in accordance with ICSSR rules and regulations.

Department of Maker Space

Job Title/ Designation: Technician

Job Summary

The Makerspace Technician is responsible for providing technical, operational, and instructional support within the Makerspace. The role involves assisting students, faculty members, and start-up teams in the design, development, and execution of projects, particularly those involving embedded systems and programming. The technician will also oversee day-to-day Makerspace operations, manage inventory, and support training programs, workshops, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to students, faculty, and campus start-ups.
• Assist with projects involving embedded systems and Python / C programming
• Oversee day-to-day Makerspace operations and ensure equipment safety
• Manage Makerspace inventory and resources
• Support training programs, workshops, hackathons, and academic events

Required Skills

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, ESP, Raspberry Pi, or similar)  
• Proficiency in Python and C programming
• Basic understanding of electronics and prototyping tools

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Experience in academic labs, Makerspace, or innovation centers.
